What will I receive?

You will receive a verifiable digital PDF letter signed by a medical professional and sent directly to your mobile, containing the following details:

  • Your name, date of birth and passport number.
  • A list of your prescribed medications.
  • Confirmation that you need to travel with them.
  • Signature and authorisation by one of our GMC-registered UK doctors.

”Our amazing 5-star Trustpilot reviews are testament to the high quality of service that our team of doctors provides. When travelling internationally with multiple medications, it is often wise to have a doctor’s letter confirming that the medications are prescribed and belong to you – particularly with any controlled drugs and strong analgesics. In addition, our medical certificates and letters all contain QR codes that make it easy to confirm their validity.“
